About

An engineer-led team that covers the whole chain: electrical engineering, factory verification, and import-export trade practice. That combination is why we can match your spec to the right manufacturer, vet the factory that actually makes it, and lock the commercial terms, work that usually takes three separate providers to even begin.

The Founder

An electrical engineering master's and hands-on import-export trade practice on one desk. The founder brings eight years of power-equipment engineering and technical-review experience, and leads every technical deliverable; a commercial manager runs negotiation and commercial terms; a project coordinator handles customs and shipment.

Most advisors read a test report and trust the stamp. We read the raw experiment logs, spot which curve was quietly massaged, and put that difference into the specification you sign against. When the factory pushes back on trade terms, we know which Incoterm actually protects you and which one is just paperwork.

We're based in mainland China. A factory floor is a day's trip, not a 15-hour flight plus a translator on the supplier's payroll.

Three skill sets

Electrical Engineering

Read the raw test logs, not the brochure. Spot the curve that was quietly massaged. Know what a 0.3% efficiency gap means in a 20-year PPA.

Factory Verification

Business-licence scope and social-insurance headcount to tell a real factory from a trader. Certificates checked against the official database, and the model on your PO checked against the certificate scope.

A specialist, not a generalist

One category: electrical power equipment. Standards, test data and supplier-market depth that a general-trading agent cannot assemble at short notice.

Foreign Trade Practice

Incoterms that protect you, not just the factory. Payment structures that survive a dispute. Customs and tariff screening built into the quote, not bolted on after the deposit.

Why an independent advisor, not a black-box agent

The cheapest way to buy from China is through a local agent who "handles everything". The problem is that "everything" includes their commission, and their commission comes from the factory, not from you.

Why the gap stays open

A test lab can read a waveform but doesn't know whether the factory that shipped the unit is the one on the certificate. Sourcing agents skip the technical work and take their cues from the factory. The risk lives in the gap between the two, and that gap is where we sit, because the engineering and the factory check sit under one roof.

SGS, BV, Intertek and TÜV do testing and certification. Sourcing agents take commission. None covers the cross-band of "read the spec, find the maker, vet the factory, check the certificate, handle the trade." That gap is real, and it's why the work exists.

The window is finite. Two to three years before the giants close the gap. The response is to build a brand and a risk database while the seam is open, not to pretend the advantage lasts forever.

Who we serve

Four buyers، the same risk

01

EPC Contractors

Total EPC and sub-contractors who can't afford a Chinese supplier to drop the ball mid-project. We act as your China desk on the factory floor.

02

'IPP & Project Developers'

Independent power producers and developers whose PPA math dies if equipment underperforms. We pin the performance promises to test parameters you can measure on site.

03

Utilities & Grid Operators

Public and private utilities procuring standardised, safety-critical equipment where a certificate must mean what it says.

04

Asset Owners & O&M

Owners and O&M operators replacing or expanding fleets who need to know whether a "compatible" part is genuinely equivalent.
