Free Screening

Within 48 hours, at no cost. Have a candidate list? We vet its first name. Still looking? Send a category and target parameters and we set the direction. Either way: one go / hold / walk verdict and one core reason. No report, no call, just a signal before you reply to that quote.

What you get back

  • One go / hold / walk verdict on the supplier as a counterparty, not on product quality.
  • One core reason behind the colour, in plain language.
  • An invitation to a paid assessment only if the signal warrants it. No pressure either way.

The free screen reads public and semi-public signals: litigation status, obvious inconsistencies, certificate red flags. It is the first read in our spec → source → audit flow: it tells you whether a supplier is worth a deeper look before you commit. It is not a substitute for a paid audit.

Which describes your situation?

Personal emails are declined, we serve corporate buyers only.

The sourcing-risk annex (the real hook)

Every screen also points you to our downloadable annex: the screening checklist we actually use for Chinese power-equipment procurement — datasheet red flags, certificate verification steps and the three test points most buyers skip. You can hand it straight to your own team or your own counsel.

Common questions

Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no commitment. We use it to capture serious inquiries and to show our read is sound.
Will you name the factory publicly?
Never. The screen is private between you and us. Public case files are only ever published with client authorization and full anonymization.
How fast?
Within 48 hours for a single supplier with a clear name and category.
Will you use the free screen to sell me something?
No. The screen ends with a colour and one reason. If the signal warrants it we may mention the paid tiers, but there is no obligation and no follow-up sequence if you say no.
If the screen comes back green, do I still need a paid audit?
Only if you need evidence you can act on: witnessed tests, a parameter-level comparison, or a document your client or utility will accept. A green screen says the supplier is worth a deeper look, not that the unit has been verified.

What the screen looks at

Five checks, run on public and semi-public signals before we return a colour.

01

Price plausibility

Whether the quoted price sits inside the range the product class actually supports, or below it in a way that has to be explained.

02

Supplier authenticity

Licence scope, insured headcount, and whether this supplier actually makes this product class rather than reselling it.

03

Model and parameter match

Whether the reference you gave maps to a product line the supplier genuinely covers, not just a similar-sounding name.

04

Substitution space

How much room there is to move to an equivalent unit, and which parameters would constrain that move.

05

Certification completeness

Whether the certificate or test report names the exact model and scope, rather than a sibling model in the same series.

We reply within 24 hours. Your submission is never shared.

We screen clients too

Before any engagement we run a client KYC: sanctions-list check (OFAC / EU / UN), beneficial-owner verification, and payment-source review. We decline sanctioned or untraceable parties. One bad association would end the practice. Personal emails aren't accepted; we serve corporate buyers only.

Payment: Payoneer (primary). We accept corporate or prepaid only; no third-party, cash, or crypto transfers.
