Licence scope, insured headcount, and whether this supplier actually makes this product class rather than reselling it.
Model and parameter match
Whether the reference you gave maps to a product line the supplier genuinely covers, not just a similar-sounding name.
Substitution space
How much room there is to move to an equivalent unit, and which parameters would constrain that move.
Certification completeness
Whether the certificate or test report names the exact model and scope, rather than a sibling model in the same series.

Before any engagement we run a client KYC: sanctions-list check (OFAC / EU / UN), beneficial-owner verification, and payment-source review. We decline sanctioned or untraceable parties. One bad association would end the practice. Personal emails aren't accepted; we serve corporate buyers only.
